1. Rinse the skin with luke-warm water. Massage, using a little of the Psorinol® Active Scalp & Body Wash treatment on a sponge, on the skin. Wait about 3 minutes, then rinse out the treatment.

2. After you finished with 1. above leave the skin somewhat moist. Make the above treatment follow with PsoriaLess® Bio-Active Ointment and rub this very lightly in the affected areas. (AFTER you washed your skin with Psorinol® Active Scalp & Body Wash.)
